Program Overview

Our program is made up of 3 phases each of our young adults work through to ensure success in their pursuit to independence. Each phase is carefully crafted to give these young ladies independence, freedom and power over the direction their lives take!

While working through these phases, each of our young adults are able to live independently to practice and master the life skills they are learning in a supportive setting. As they progress through the phases and grow in their independence, they earn more and more responsibility for their own lives, baby stepping their way towards completely independent living!

Foundations

First 30 days

Foundations is typically the first few weeks. We work hard and fast to ensure all basic needs are met, any necessary appointments and referrals are made, and our young adult is ready to begin working on her goals!

During the Foundations phase, young adults work closely with the case manager while stabilizing and developing a plan for their life.

Fundamentals

Up to 32 months

The bulk of the program is spent in the Fundamentals phase. We are working on assisting our young adults in reaching self-directed goals such as obtaining a GED, finding employment, saving for a car or navigating community resources.

In the Fundamentals phase, we work together on individualized life skills in preparation for independence.

Future

Last 3-6 months

The last phase of the program, Future, includes securing safe and affordable housing, connecting with valuable community resources and addressing how future needs will be met.

Young adults in the Future phase are generally already living very independently and need minimal support from the program staff.

Mentors

One to One mentorship. We hang out with some cool people.
Equine Therapy

Equine therapy available to all program participants, if desired.
Community

We are surrounded with a community full of love, support and dedication.
